• SharePoint Cloud Migration (In Progress): The local file server is currently being transitioned to SharePoint, unlocking secure, resilient access to documents from anywhere — both on-site and remote

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Enforced MFA for all users to block unauthorized access attempts

• Security Awareness Training (Rolling Out): A tailored training and phishing simulation program is underway to empower staff with the skills to detect and prevent threats

• Email Filtering: Enhanced defenses against phishing, malware, and spam across all resort email accounts
